This role involves driving revenue growth by engaging with potential customers at an authorized dealership and managing the end-to-end vehicle purchase process. It focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while meeting monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct field-based lead generation activities including corporate visits, canopy setups, and local area marketing.
- Schedule and facilitate test drives for prospective buyers while ensuring all safety and documentation protocols are followed.
- Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) with accurate customer interaction logs and follow-up schedules.
- Assist customers with finance, insurance, and exchange processes by coordinating with the F&I department.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery by coordinating with the workshop and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and extended warranties as defined by the management.
- Collect and document customer feedback to improve the overall dealership experience and brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory
- Proficiency in the local regional language and basic English communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset
- Willingness to perform outdoor field activities and home visits
- Basic knowledge of computer operations for data entry
Preferred
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service sectors
- Basic understanding of automotive mechanics and features
- Residence within a 10km radius of the dealership
