This role involves engaging with potential car buyers to understand their needs and guiding them through the vehicle purchase journey. It focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while meeting monthly sales objectives and building long-term brand loyalty within the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers at the showroom and provide detailed demonstrations of vehicle features and specifications
- Conduct professional test drives while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and highlighting performance benefits
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals
- Maintain and update customer interactions accurately in the Dealer Management System (DMS) or CRM software
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance departments to assist customers with documentation and loan processing
- Ensure the display vehicles and showroom floor meet brand standards at all times
- Participate in outdoor promotional activities, corporate displays, and local marketing events to generate leads
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the branch management
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream or 12th Pass with a strong aptitude for sales
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for local travel
- Proficiency in the local language and a working knowledge of English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strict monthly targets
- Willingness to work on weekends (6-day work week)
Preferred
- Basic understanding of automotive technology and current market trends
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or direct sales
- Knowledge of local geography for effective field visits
