Job Purpose
To lead and manage the front office operations of the Premium Automobile service department, ensuring exceptional customer experience, smooth service workflow coordination, revenue optimization, and adherence to Premium Automobile standards.
Premium Automobile 1. Customer Experience Management
Ensure premium customer journey from vehicle reception to delivery
Supervise Service Advisors and front desk staff
Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
Monitor customer satisfaction scores (CSI) and implement improvement plans
2. Front Office Operations
Manage appointment scheduling and workshop loading
Coordinate between customers, service advisors, and workshop floor
Ensure accurate job card preparation and documentation
Monitor promised delivery timelines
3. Revenue & KPI Management
Drive labour sales, parts sales, and value-added services
Monitor KPIs such as:
Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
Revenue per Repair Order (RO)
Appointment conversion ratio
Repeat business rate
Support upselling of service packages, accessories, and extended warranties
4. Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors and reception staff
Conduct regular performance reviews
Ensure staff follow Premium Automobile communication and service standards
Identify training needs aligned with Premium Automobile certification programs
5. Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to Premium Automobile service processes and audit standards
Maintain proper warranty documentation
Monitor quality checks before vehicle delivery
Ensure data accuracy in Premium Automobile systems (DMS, CRM, ISTA where applicable)
6. Customer Retention & Relationship Management
Strengthen long-term customer relationships
Implement follow-up processes after service
Drive retention campaigns and loyalty initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Automotive, or related field preferred)
5–8 years of experience in automotive service operations
2–3 years in supervisory/front office leadership role
Experience with premium automotive brands preferred
