This role involves managing the end-to-end customer journey from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty. The focus is on achieving monthly retail targets while maintaining strict adherence to OEM standards and dealership protocols.
Manage walk-in customers and lead inquiries through the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM.
Conduct detailed product demonstrations and facilitate vehicle test drives for prospective buyers to highlight key features.
Consult with customers on finance, insurance, and accessory options to provide a comprehensive purchase solution.
Handle price negotiations and close sales deals while maintaining dealership profitability margins.
Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) team to ensure timely and defect-free vehicle delivery.
Perform post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends to effectively handle customer objections.
Maintain daily reports on footfalls, bookings, and retail performance for management review.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in automotive retail sales (4-wheelers preferred).
Valid Indian four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Proficiency in English language.
Experience working with CRM or Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
Strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance processes.
Ability to work in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
Previous experience with a Tier-1 or Premium OEM brand.
Residency within a 10-15 km radius of the dealership location.

Certifications: Valid 4-Wheeler Driving License, OEM Sales Certification (preferred)
Professional showroom environment with a standard 6-day work week. On-site presence is required, including weekends, with a rotational weekly off.
