This role involves driving brand visibility and showroom footfalls through a strategic mix of BTL activities, digital marketing, and local community engagement. It focuses on executing high-impact promotional campaigns that align with OEM standards while managing the dealership's marketing budget to maximize lead generation.
Plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) activities including roadshows, mall displays, corporate tie-ups, and rural activations.
Manage the dealership’s digital presence across social media, Google My Business, and local listing platforms to drive online inquiries.
Coordinate with the OEM marketing department to ensure 100% brand compliance and timely execution of national campaigns at the local level.
Analyze lead generation data from the DMS and CRM to optimize marketing spends and improve the quality of walk-ins.
Oversee the design and production of all marketing collateral, including brochures, dealership branding, and event signage.
Organize and manage new vehicle launch events, customer meets, and seasonal service camps.
Monitor competitor marketing strategies and market trends to provide actionable insights to the sales and management teams.
Manage relationships with local media agencies, printers, and event vendors to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the Indian automotive retail or consumer durables sector.
Demonstrated experience in managing on-ground events and BTL activations.
Strong understanding of the local market geography and regional customer preferences.
Proficiency in managing marketing budgets and calculating Return on Investment (ROI).
Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a 6-day work week schedule.
Prior experience working with a leading automotive OEM dealership network.
Knowledge of performance marketing and social media advertising tools.
Existing network of vendors for event management and printing in the region.
Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM/SMM), CRM & DMS Software Proficiency, Data Analytics & Reporting, Budgeting & Financial Planning, MS Office Suite
Strategic Thinking, Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management, Creative Problem Solving, Negotiation Skills
Education: MBA in Marketing or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)
Experience: 3 to 5 years in Automotive or Retail Marketing
Certifications: Digital Marketing Certification (preferred), Brand Management Certification (optional)
This is an on-site role requiring regular presence at the showroom and frequent travel to event locations and field activations. A standard 6-day work week is applicable.
