Sales Manager - Royal Enfield

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for motorcycles? Devi Motors, an authorized Royal Enfield dealership, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our retail team at the Raghunathpur counter. We are looking for a strong leader who can drive volume, maximize counter profitability, and deliver a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the local sales team to exceed monthly vehicle sales targets.

• Drive overall counter profitability through direct vehicle sales, financing conversions, and accessory upselling.

• Ensure a premium, Royal Enfield-standard experience for every customer who walks through the doors.

• Track daily sales metrics, manage inventory effectively, and oversee daily counter operations.

Requirements (or Qualifications):

• 3–5 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or two-wheeler segment.

• Strong team leadership and performance management skills.

• Solid understanding of the Raghunathpur and surrounding local market demographics.

• A target-driven mindset with a sharp focus on business growth.
