Job Description

Join our dynamic workshop team where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing the electrical systems of our premium vehicle fleet. Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex electrical issues including wiring, lighting, ignition, and sensor systems.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic scanners and software to identify faults in modern vehicle electronic control units (ECUs).
  • Perform routine electrical system checks and preventative maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability.
  • Install and troubleshoot vehicle accessories, infotainment systems, and advanced safety electronics.
  • Maintain high standards of workshop safety and cleanliness while strictly adhering to OEM service protocols.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate repair estimates and technical updates for customers.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging automotive electrical technologies and attend regular company-sponsored training sessions.

Requirements

  • ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Automobile stream.
  • Hands-on experience in automotive electrical diagnostics and wiring harnesses.
  • Proficiency in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and specialized diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and circuit schematics.
  • Fluency in local language and basic English for technical documentation.
  • Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.

Preferred

  • Prior experience working with a recognized OEM dealership.
  • Familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicle (EV) high-voltage systems.
  • Recognized vocational certifications in automotive electrical maintenance.

Qualifications

Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Automobile Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an automotive workshop setting.

Certifications: ITI/NCVT Certificate, OEM-specific electrical training certification (preferred)
