Join our dynamic workshop team to maintain and repair complex automotive electrical systems for modern vehicles. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer safety and vehicle performance by diagnosing and resolving electrical faults with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive electrical issues using advanced diagnostic scanners and multi-meters.
- Repair and replace faulty wiring, lighting systems, sensors, fuses, and battery components.
- Install and integrate electronic accessories, including infotainment systems, dash cams, and security modules.
- Perform routine electrical system checks as per OEM service manuals and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all electrical repairs and parts usage in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Ensure all workshop safety standards are strictly followed, particularly when handling high-voltage components.
- Collaborate with service advisors to provide clear explanations of technical repairs to customers.
Requirements
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Automobile Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with automotive electrical diagnostic tools and wiring diagrams.
- Strong understanding of 12V automotive electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical service bulletins and wiring schematics.
- Proficiency in local language and basic English for technical documentation.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Preferred
- Prior experience in an authorized passenger vehicle service center.
- Basic knowledge of EV battery management systems and high-voltage safety training.
- Experience with modern vehicle OBD-II diagnostic equipment.
