Drive automotive sales by providing exceptional customer service and technical guidance to prospective buyers throughout the vehicle acquisition process. This role focuses on building lasting relationships while consistently meeting monthly targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within a dynamic dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and organize test drives for potential customers to showcase vehicle features and performance.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial lead generation and inquiry handling to final vehicle delivery and documentation.
- Explain financing options, insurance products, and value-added services (VAS) to clients to provide a complete purchase solution.
- Maintain and update customer interactions and lead status accurately in the Dealer Management System (DMS) on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the stockyard and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) teams to ensure vehicle readiness and timely delivery to customers.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, roadshows, and corporate sales events to expand the customer base.
- Follow up with prospective leads via phone and email to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
- Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles meet OEM standards for presentation and cleanliness.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sales.
- A valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting customer test drives.
- Fluency in the local language and proficient command of English for professional communication.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales volume and revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals effectively.
- Ability to work a standard 6-day week including weekends and holidays.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with OEM-specific Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- In-depth knowledge of automotive finance, insurance (IRDA), and registration processes.
- Experience in the premium or luxury car segment with a focus on high-touch customer service.

Work Environment
On-site at an authorized dealership showroom with a 6-day work week. Role involves a mix of showroom floor management, customer meetings, and outdoor field visits for test drives and marketing events.
