This role focuses on driving revenue through high-volume B2B partnerships and Corporate and fleet sales for a leading automotive dealership. It involves identifying corporate clients, managing long-term institutional relationships, and delivering tailored mobility solutions that align with business requirements.
Identify and tap into corporate, SME, and institutional segments to generate high-volume fleet sales leads.
Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations at client premises to showcase vehicle value propositions.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial cold calling and lead nurturing to final documentation and vehicle delivery.
Negotiate bulk pricing agreements and service contracts while ensuring adherence to OEM guidelines and profit margins.
Liaise with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to provide customized leasing and financing options for corporate clients.
Maintain accurate records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and prepare weekly performance reports for the Sales Manager.
Coordinate with the service department to ensure seamless after-sales support and annual maintenance contracts for fleet accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the corporate sector to provide actionable feedback to the marketing team.
Proven track record of 3-5 years in corporate sales or B2B sales within the automotive or allied industries.
Deep understanding of the local corporate landscape and existing network of procurement managers or HR heads.
Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
Proficiency in English and the local regional language for effective communication.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle high-value commercial discussions.
Familiarity with RTO processes, vehicle insurance, and corporate taxation/GST implications.
Experience working with premium or luxury automotive brands.
Existing database of corporate clients in the specified region.
Knowledge of electric vehicle (EV) fleet solutions and charging infrastructure.

Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, or B.E. preferred); MBA in Marketing is a plus
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in automotive B2B/Fleet sales
Certifications: OEM Sales Certification (preferred), IRDA Certification (optional)
Dynamic on-site role requiring 6 days a week, involving a mix of showroom presence and frequent field visits to corporate offices.
High-performing executives can transition into Senior Corporate Sales roles, Team Lead positions, or Corporate Sales Manager roles within 2-3 years.
