Focuses on driving retail vehicle sales by identifying potential customers and guiding them through the entire purchasing journey. This role involves proactive lead generation, conducting professional product demonstrations, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience to build long-term brand loyalty within the dealership network.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and digital leads to achieve monthly and quarterly retail sales targets.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and organized test drives for prospective buyers to highlight key features and USPs.
- Manage the complete sales documentation process including booking forms, financing coordination, and RTO paperwork.
- Maintain and update customer interactions accurately in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM on a daily basis.
- Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest product features, financing schemes, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, roadshows, and corporate displays to generate new leads and increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive, retail, or insurance sales.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for local travel.
- Proficiency in the local regional language and functional English communication.
- Availability to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive finance and insurance processes.
- Experience using CRM software or SAP-based Dealer Management Systems.
Skills

Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline is preferred; 12th Pass candidates with exceptional sales records will be considered.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in a customer-facing sales role within the Indian market.
Certifications: OEM Product Knowledge Certification (Preferred), Valid Indian Driving License (Mandatory)
