This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by managing the end-to-end customer journey from initial inquiry to final delivery. The primary objective is to achieve monthly retail targets while ensuring a premium showroom experience and building long-term brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales leads through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and field visits.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and organized test drives to highlight vehicle features and USPs.
- Manage the entire sales documentation process, including booking forms, KYC verification, and coordinating with the RTO team.
- Liaise with in-house finance and insurance departments to provide customers with comprehensive purchase solutions.
- Maintain accurate and real-time data entry in the Dealer Management System (DMS) for lead tracking and pipeline management.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery ceremonies and provide post-delivery follow-ups to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in outdoor promotional events, mall displays, and corporate tie-ups to increase brand visibility.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the dealership management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license and proficiency in driving for test demonstrations.
- In-depth knowledge of the local automotive market and competitor product offerings.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with a reputed OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) dealership.
- Familiarity with digital lead management tools and CRM software.
- Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products.

Work Environment
Standard dealership hours (usually 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM), 6 days a week, involving both showroom presence and field-based customer visits.
