This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by engaging with potential customers and guiding them through the entire purchasing journey. It involves conducting product demonstrations, managing inquiries through the Dealer Management System (DMS), and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to meet monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and digital leads to convert them into retail sales through effective product pitching.
- Conduct professional test drives and explain vehicle features, safety technology, and brand USPs to prospective buyers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including documentation, finance coordination, and insurance processing.
- Maintain and update customer interactions and follow-ups in the Dealer Management System (DMS) on a daily basis.
- Achieve monthly targets for retail sales, genuine accessories, and value-added services like extended warranty.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
- Perform regular follow-ups with prospects via phone calls and home visits to ensure high conversion rates.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, roadshows, and corporate displays to generate new leads.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in automotive or high-value retail sales.
- Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in the local language and functional knowledge of English communication.
- Willingness to work on-site at the showroom and travel locally for customer visits.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with a leading automotive OEM dealership.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle finance, RTO processes, and insurance products.
- Familiarity with CRM software or specific Dealer Management Systems like Autoline or SAP.

Qualifications
