This role focuses on driving dealership revenue through proactive lead generation and exceptional customer relationship management. It involves guiding prospective buyers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and premium brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct active lead generation through cold calling, field visits, and digital inquiries to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Perform detailed product demonstrations and facilitate test drives for prospective customers while highlighting key USPs.
- Manage the complete sales documentation process, including booking forms, KYC verification, and coordinating with the F&I department for loans and insurance.
- Update and maintain accurate customer data in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM software daily.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vehicle units, accessories, and value-added services as defined by the OEM.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
- Maintain consistent post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referral leads.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, corporate displays, and mall activations to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sales.
- A valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Fluency in the local regional language and a working knowledge of English.
- Strong understanding of the local automotive market and competitor landscape.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer home visits and field activities.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership.
- Certification in automotive sales or customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or SAP-based DMS.
- Existing network within local corporate or transport sectors.
