The role focuses on driving vehicle sales by identifying potential buyers and facilitating the end-to-end purchase process within a high-energy dealership environment. It involves managing the customer journey from the initial inquiry through to a successful vehicle delivery while maintaining high brand standards.
Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, field visits, and managing digital inquiries.
Perform professional vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives to highlight key features and performance.
Manage the entire sales documentation process, including finance applications, insurance, and RTO coordination.
Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) daily with accurate lead status and customer interaction details.
Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and extended warranties as defined by the management.
Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure vehicles are ready for timely delivery to customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a target-driven sales role.
Must possess a valid permanent driving license for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
Fluency in the local regional language and functional proficiency in English.
Comfortable with field-based lead generation and outdoor marketing activities.
Basic proficiency in using smartphones and computers for data entry.
Willingness to work a standard 6-day work week including weekends.
Previous experience in an authorized automotive dealership (Cars or Two-wheelers).
Familiarity with CRM software or automotive DMS platforms.
Knowledge of local RTO regulations and vehicle financing schemes.

Certifications: OEM Sales Certification (Optional), Test Drive Safety Certification
On-site showroom role with regular field visits for customer meetings and lead generation activities. Standard working hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week.
Candidates demonstrating consistent target achievement are eligible for promotion to Senior Sales Consultant or Team Lead positions within 2 years. Opportunities for cross-functional movement into Corporate Sales or Finance & Insurance (F&I) roles.
