This entry-level role focuses on welcoming customers to the showroom and guiding them through the vehicle selection process to ensure a premium buying experience. It involves learning end-to-end sales operations, from initial inquiry handling to final vehicle delivery, while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and conduct detailed product demonstrations highlighting vehicle features and USPs.
- Schedule and conduct professional test drives while ensuring all safety protocols and license verifications are met.
- Manage the lead lifecycle by performing timely follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Assist customers with documentation for vehicle financing, insurance, and registration processes.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure the vehicle is ready for a seamless delivery ceremony.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, roadshows, and corporate displays to generate new leads.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA) or Diploma holder.
- Valid permanent two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license.
- Fluency in the local language and functional knowledge of English.
- Availability to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Excellent personal grooming and adherence to the company dress code.
Preferred
- Prior internship or part-time experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
- Deep interest in the Indian automotive market and latest vehicle technology.
- Resident within a 10-15 km radius of the dealership location.
