This role involves facilitating the end-to-end vehicle purchase journey for customers, from initial inquiry to final delivery. The focus is on delivering exceptional customer service while achieving monthly sales targets through proactive lead management and professional product demonstrations.
Manage walk-in customers and digital leads by conducting detailed needs-analysis and providing expert vehicle recommendations.
Perform professional vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives to highlight safety, performance, and technology features.
Execute the complete sales documentation process including booking forms, proforma invoices, and coordination with the RTO department.
Collaborate with Finance and Insurance (F&I) executives to assist customers with loan approvals and insurance policy selection.
Maintain up-to-date records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) to track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
Achieve monthly individual targets for vehicle sales, accessories, extended warranties, and service packages.
Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and generate high-quality referrals.
Stay updated on competitor products and market trends to effectively handle customer objections and price comparisons.
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive, hospitality, or high-value retail sectors.
Valid Indian four-wheeler driving license and confidence in driving various vehicle models.
Fluency in the local regional language and professional working proficiency in English.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment with a focus on monthly closures.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle diverse customer segments.
Comfortable working 6 days a week including weekends and public holidays as per dealership norms.
Prior experience working with a reputed Automotive OEM dealership.
Working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or CRM software like Salesforce.
In-depth knowledge of local automotive market trends and competitor offerings.

Certifications: Valid Permanent Four-Wheeler Driving License (Mandatory), OEM Sales Certification (Optional)
Standard dealership showroom environment with occasional travel for home visits, corporate displays, and outdoor promotional events. Standard 6-day work week.
High performers can advance to Team Leader (TL) roles, Corporate Sales Manager, or Key Account Manager within the dealership group's multi-brand network.
