This role involves proactive lead generation, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience for every car buyer while representing the brand's values.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and explain vehicle features, specifications, and variants in a professional manner.
- Conduct scheduled and on-demand test drives while ensuring all safety protocols and documentation are strictly followed.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, field activities, local events, and digital platform inquiries.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance departments to assist customers with loan processing and policy selection.
- Manage the end-to-end vehicle delivery process, including invoicing, RTO documentation coordination, and the final handover ceremony.
- Maintain meticulous records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and follow up with prospective leads to improve conversion ratios.
- Achieve monthly retail targets and promote value-added services such as extended warranties and accessories.
- Address customer queries and concerns post-delivery to ensure long-term relationship building and referral generation.
Requirements
- Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language and functional English.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work a 6-day week including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations and smartphone-based CRM applications.
Preferred
- Prior experience working in an authorized OEM automobile dealership.
- Knowledge of local RTO regulations and automotive insurance processes.
- Experience in lead generation through field marketing and local activations.
