Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for walk-in and digital leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and high engagement.
- Conduct professional test drives and product walkthroughs highlighting key safety, performance, and technology features.
- Maintain accurate customer records and lead status in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM platforms.
- Facilitate vehicle financing, insurance, and exchange processes to provide a seamless 'one-stop-shop' customer experience.
- Achieve monthly retail targets while maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores as per OEM standards.
- Coordinate with the workshop and PDI team to ensure vehicles are polished and ready for scheduled deliveries.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, corporate displays, and promotional events to generate new prospects.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitor products to effectively handle customer objections and comparisons.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in retail, hospitality, or automotive sales.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license (mandatory for conducting test drives).
- Fluency in English and the local language to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Dealer Management Systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent grooming standards and professional etiquette suitable for a showroom environment.
Preferred
- Previous experience with a reputed automotive brand or high-value retail sector.
- Documented history of achieving sales excellence awards or 'Employee of the Month' recognitions.
- Familiarity with vehicle financing, RTO processes, and insurance documentation.
