This role involves managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, focusing on talent acquisition for sales and service teams while ensuring seamless HR operations. It serves as a vital link between dealership management and the workforce to maintain high morale and operational efficiency in a competitive retail environment.
Execute full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Service, and Technical roles using job portals, social media, and local recruitment agencies.
Manage the onboarding process, including document verification, background checks, and induction for new joiners.
Oversee daily attendance through biometric systems and maintain leave records for monthly payroll processing.
Ensure 100% statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Labor Law requirements.
Coordinate with the Service and Sales Managers to identify training needs and schedule OEM-mandated certification programs.
Handle employee grievances and implement engagement initiatives to improve retention across the dealership.
Maintain updated digital and physical employee files in accordance with company and OEM audit standards.
Facilitate the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and coordinating full-and-final settlements.
1-3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment within the Indian retail or automotive sectors.
Solid understanding of Indian Labor Laws and statutory compliance requirements (PF/ESIC).
Hands-on experience with recruitment portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for generating manpower and payroll reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local regional language.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a 6-day work week.
Prior experience working with an authorized automobile dealership (4-wheeler or 2-wheeler).
Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and modern HRMS software.
Experience in bulk hiring for field-based sales roles.
