This role involves driving revenue through proactive customer engagement and managing the end-to-end vehicle purchase journey at our authorized dealership. The focus is on identifying potential buyers, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction to build a loyal customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and convert leads into sales through effective product demonstrations and feature explanations.
- Conduct professional test drives while ensuring all safety protocols and documentation are strictly followed.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, and local marketing activities within the assigned territory.
- Handle the complete documentation process for vehicle booking, financing, insurance, and final delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and update customer interactions daily.
- Coordinate with the service and finance departments to ensure a seamless delivery experience for the customer.
- Follow up with existing customers for referrals and future sales opportunities to build a robust pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the regional management team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive retail or high-value consumer durables.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
- Excellent command over the local language and functional English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle financing, insurance, and RTO registration processes.
- Strong understanding of the local automotive market and competitor landscape.
Preferred
- Previous experience working with a reputed OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) dealership.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ability to handle corporate sales and institutional clients.

Standard dealership showroom hours, 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays with a rotational weekly off. High-energy environment requiring significant customer interaction and occasional field visits.
