This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, guiding them through the vehicle selection process and ensuring a premium purchasing experience. The focus is on achieving monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and handle inquiries regarding vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing options
- Conduct professional test drives for prospective customers while adhering to safety protocols and OEM standards
- Perform proactive lead generation through cold calling, field visits, and digital inquiry follow-ups
- Coordinate the vehicle booking process, including document collection for finance and insurance
- Ensure the showroom display vehicles are clean, correctly positioned, and equipped with updated marketing materials
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales pipelines in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Facilitate a smooth vehicle delivery process, including the final PDI check and customer orientation
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, roadshows, and corporate display events to increase brand visibility
Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license (mandatory for test drives)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and English
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment with a field-work component
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) for daily reporting
- Strong interpersonal skills and a well-groomed professional appearance
- Ability to work 6 days a week including weekends
