This role is essential for maintaining the operational flow and hospitality standards of the dealership by managing vehicle movement and providing refreshment services. It involves a mix of logistical support and customer-facing service to ensure a premium experience for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely maneuver and park vehicles within the showroom, workshop, and stockyard areas.
- Manage the dealership pantry, including the preparation and serving of tea, coffee, and snacks to customers and staff.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry, customer lounge, and administrative areas.
- Assist the administration department in moving documents, files, and small inventory items between departments.
- Monitor pantry inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Support the sales and service teams during dealership events, car launches, and customer meets.
- Ensure all vehicles are parked according to the dealership's layout plan to maximize space and accessibility.
- Perform basic daily checks on pantry equipment to ensure everything is in working order.
Requirements
- Valid Indian Driving License (LMV) with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Successful completion of 10th or 12th standard (SSC/HSC).
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Fluency in the local language and basic understanding of Hindi.
- Knowledge of basic hygiene and sanitation practices for food handling.
- Physically fit and capable of handling on-site movement throughout the day.
Preferred
- Previous experience working in an automotive dealership or the hospitality industry.
- Basic conversational English skills.
- Resident within a 10-15 km radius of the dealership location.

Work Environment
On-site dealership environment, 6 days a week, standard 9 AM - 7 PM shift timings with standard probation period of 3-6 months.
