Focuses on driving showroom walk-ins and field-based lead generation to meet monthly retail targets. Acts as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them from product inquiry through test drives to final vehicle delivery and documentation.
Conduct thorough product demonstrations and professional test drives to showcase vehicle USPs and safety features.
Proactively follow up with leads generated through digital platforms, walk-ins, and outdoor marketing activities.
Guide customers through the automotive financing, insurance, and old-car exchange process to ensure a hassle-free purchase.
Manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring the vehicle is prepped and all RTO documentation is completed accurately.
Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) daily with accurate customer interaction data and pipeline status.
Participate in corporate displays, roadshows, and community events to expand the dealership's local market presence.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive or BFSI sectors.
Excellent communication skills in the local language and functional English.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with a focus on closing deals.

On-site role based at the dealership showroom with frequent local travel for customer visits, test drives, and outdoor promotional events.
