This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by engaging with potential buyers and providing detailed product information to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. It involves managing the entire sales lifecycle from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery while ensuring a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage walk-in customers at the showroom, providing comprehensive product demonstrations and explaining technical specifications.
- Conduct professional test drives for prospective buyers, highlighting safety features, performance, and comfort.
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, corporate visits, and local marketing activities to build a consistent sales pipeline.
- Guide customers through the financing and insurance process, coordinating with internal F&I executives for smooth loan approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the workshop and stockyard teams to ensure Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and vehicle readiness for scheduled deliveries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, genuine accessories, and extended warranties.
- Collect and document customer feedback post-delivery to ensure high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and English.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for local commuting.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones and computer applications for reporting.
Preferred
- Prior experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sectors.
- Familiarity with automotive CRM software or DMS platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of local RTO regulations and vehicle insurance procedures.

Work Environment
The role is based on-site at an authorized dealership showroom, requiring a professional dress code and frequent interaction with the public. Occasional field visits for home test drives or corporate displays are expected.
