This role focuses on amplifying our online brand presence and generating high-quality leads for our latest vehicle lineup. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to generate test drive bookings.
- Create engaging content including short-form videos, car walk-around reels, and customer testimonial posts for social media platforms.
- Monitor and optimize the dealership website's SEO performance to improve local search rankings for sales and service queries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead synchronization between digital platforms and the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Analyze campaign performance data and prepare weekly reports on Cost Per Lead (CPL) and conversion rates for the management team.
- Maintain the dealership’s Google Business Profile, ensuring accurate location data and timely responses to customer reviews.
- Collaborate with OEM marketing teams to ensure all digital assets and campaigns are compliant with brand guidelines.
- Design basic promotional graphics and banners for seasonal offers using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the retail or automotive sectors.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads accounts with a focus on lead generation.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Ability to handle basic photography and videography for capturing vehicle inventory.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a target-oriented mindset.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized automobile dealership or OEM brand.
- Knowledge of CRM software and automated lead nurturing workflows.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and search console for traffic analysis.
