The primary focus is on understanding customer needs and providing tailored product solutions while maintaining the highest standards of brand representation in the showroom and field.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting professional product demonstrations and organizing test drives for prospective customers.
- Managing showroom walk-ins and converting inquiries into bookings through effective relationship building and follow-ups.
- Identifying new lead sources through cold calling, field activities, and digital platforms to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Handling the complete documentation process, including coordination with finance and insurance partners for seamless processing.
- Ensuring timely vehicle delivery and conducting post-delivery follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining daily records of all customer interactions and sales stages in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM software.
- Staying updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends to provide informed comparisons to customers.
- Participating in outdoor promotional events, roadshows, and corporate displays to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license (mandatory for test drives).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and English.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment with a high level of persistence.
- Presentable appearance and professional etiquette suitable for a premium retail environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for home visits, test drives, and field marketing activities.
- Basic understanding of financial calculations like EMI, interest rates, and down payments.

- Basic knowledge of automotive technology and current Indian market trends.
- Prior internship or part-time experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Proficiency in using smartphone applications and basic computer tools for reporting.
