This role involves driving vehicle sales by engaging with walk-in customers and executing proactive field-based lead generation activities. The focus is on delivering a premium customer experience through expert product demonstrations and efficient management of the sales pipeline.
Manage showroom walk-ins and provide detailed product presentations and feature demonstrations to prospective buyers.
Conduct professional test drives for customers while adhering to safety protocols and dealership guidelines.
Execute lead generation activities including cold calling, field visits, and participating in local marketing events.
Assist customers with the vehicle booking process, including coordinating with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team for loan documentation.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicle units, accessories, and extended warranties.
Ensure a seamless vehicle delivery process and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure vehicles are prepped and ready for scheduled deliveries.
Valid permanent two-wheeler driving license (mandatory for field visits and test drives).
Fluency in the local regional language and functional knowledge of English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on monthly deliverables.
Flexibility to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
Basic understanding of the Indian automotive market and competitor brands.
Previous experience in retail or direct sales during internships.
Knowledge of digital lead generation through social media platforms.
Ability to drive four-wheelers with a valid LMV license.

On-site role involving a mix of showroom floor management and local field visits for lead generation.
High-performing executives can progress to Senior Sales Consultant, Team Leader, or Sales Manager roles within 3-5 years. Opportunities are also available to move into corporate sales or specialized luxury segments.
