It focuses on delivering a premium customer experience from the initial enquiry stage through to final vehicle delivery and post-sales follow-up within an authorized dealership setting.
Manage the end-to-end sales process for new vehicles, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Conduct professional product demonstrations and facilitate test drives while ensuring all safety protocols are met.
Maintain and update customer interactions and lead status daily in the Dealer Management System (DMS) or CRM software.
Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to provide customers with comprehensive loan and insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, including value-added services like accessories, extended warranties, and annual maintenance contracts.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery by coordinating with the stockyard, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) team, and registration department.
Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor pricing, features, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
