This role focuses on driving a team of sales consultants to meet monthly retail targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction scores and strict adherence to OEM guidelines. Education: Graduate in any stream; MBA in Sales/Marketing is highly preferred.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior consultant role.
Certifications: OEM Sales Certification, Leadership Training Program certification (preferred)
Standard showroom environment with a 6-day work week; requires significant on-floor presence and occasional local travel for field visits, corporate displays, or events.
High-performing Team Leaders are eligible for fast-tracked promotion to Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager roles within the dealership group or OEM regional offices.
