This role focuses on driving revenue through proactive customer engagement and managing the end-to-end vehicle purchasing journey. By bridging the gap between customer needs and product offerings, the position ensures high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty within the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outdoor marketing activities and lead generation through cold calling and local area prospecting.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and conduct test drives for potential buyers while ensuring safety protocols.
- Manage the complete sales documentation process including booking forms, loan applications, and insurance paperwork.
- Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) daily with accurate lead and follow-up data.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and value-added services.
- Assist customers with finance and insurance options in coordination with the F&I department.
- Ensure post-delivery follow-ups to build long-term customer relationships and solicit referrals.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass or any Graduate degree from a recognized board/university
- Valid permanent two-wheeler driving license (Four-wheeler license is a plus)
- Proficiency in the local language and basic conversational English
- Willingness to perform field visits and attend outdoor promotional events
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting
- Strong physical stamina for dealership floor management
Preferred
- Prior experience in automotive sales or high-value retail environments
- Familiarity with car/bike technical specifications and market trends
- Existing knowledge of local RTO processes and insurance norms
