Acts as the primary face of the dealership, ensuring every visitor receives a warm welcome and efficient guidance. This role bridges the gap between walk-in customers and the respective sales or service departments to maintain a seamless showroom experience.
Greet and welcome walk-in customers and direct them to the appropriate Sales Consultant or Service Advisor.
Manage the EPABX system, handling incoming calls professionally and routing them to the correct departments.
Maintain the daily showroom traffic register and accurately enter walk-in data into the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Monitor the showroom floor for cleanliness and ensure that marketing materials/brochures are well-stocked and displayed.
Handle inward and outward couriers, maintaining a log for all administrative documentation.
Assist the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in managing feedback forms and initial customer queries.
Coordinate with the pantry and housekeeping staff to ensure hospitality standards for waiting customers.
Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive within a high-traffic retail environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local regional language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong multitasking abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
Professional appearance and grooming standards consistent with automotive industry norms.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a front-facing role.
Prior experience working in an authorized automobile dealership (4-wheeler or 2-wheeler).
Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like SAP or MS Dynamics.
Basic understanding of automotive sales and service workflows.

On-site role at the dealership showroom, 6 days a week (standard Indian automotive hours, typically 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM).
Potential to transition into roles such as Customer Relationship Executive (CRE), Sales Coordinator, or Front Office Team Lead within the dealer group.
