Job Description – Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.

• Open job cards and explain service details, cost estimates, and timelines to customers.

• Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for smooth service operations.

• Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

• Promote additional services, accessories, and maintenance packages when applicable.

• Ensure proper documentation and billing process for completed services.

• Maintain customer records and follow up for periodic maintenance.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.

• 2–5 years experience in automobile service advisory role.

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Basic technical knowledge of motorcycles.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
