Computer Operator

This role focuses on streamlining sales and billing operations through meticulous data entry and digital record-keeping within the dealerships POS system.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update stock and cash operations, also responsible for all the cash counter activities.

Should have good money handling skills.

Good and fast computer typing

Manage digital inventory records by tracking new arrivals and stock allocations across the showroom

Requirements

• Minimum typing speed of 35-40 words per minute with high accuracy levels.

• Strong attention to detail to prevent errors in billing.

• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume data entry during peak sales seasons.

• Excellent organizational skills for maintaining digital and physical filing systems.

• Willingness to work in a 6-day on-site environment within the dealership premises.

Preferred

• previous experience in automotive sector

• Basic understanding of GST invoicing and automotive billing procedures.

• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BCA, or B.A. preferred) or 12th Pass with a recognized Diploma in Computer Applications.

Experience: 0-1 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles. Freshers with strong computer skills are encouraged to apply.

Certifications: Certificate in MS Office or Computer Operations, CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) is a plus
