Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, and digital leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and organized test drives to highlight vehicle features and performance.
- Advise customers on vehicle specifications, pricing, accessories, and value-added services.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry and booking to final vehicle delivery.
- Collaborate with the F&I department to facilitate vehicle loans, insurance, and exchange evaluations.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and lead statuses in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Achieve monthly retail targets while ensuring high standards of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly to ensure high conversion rates from inquiry to retail.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian university.
- Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail environments.
- Fluency in the local language and working proficiency in English.
- Strong understanding of the local automotive market and competitor landscape.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with authorized OEM dealerships.
- Hands-on experience with CRM or Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like Autoline or SAP.
- Certification in sales or product training from a reputed automotive brand.
- Knowledge of vehicle financing and insurance processes (IRDA basics).
