Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive market share growth and long-term financial stability.
• Oversee all departmental operations including Sales, Service, Finance, and HR to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and growth targets.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and collaborative organizational culture that prioritizes employee well-being and retention.
• Ensure total regulatory compliance and adherence to safety and environmental standards across all facilities.
• Manage the overall P&L, providing accurate financial forecasting and reporting to stakeholders and the board.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including expansion into new territories or service offerings.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of managing multi-location operations or large-scale retail automotive dealerships.
• In-depth understanding of Indian automotive market dynamics, consumer behavior, and supply chain logistics.
• Exceptional financial acumen, including P&L management, budget allocation, and capital expenditure planning.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and mentor large, cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in strategic planning and change management.

Preferred

• Experience in leading digital transformation within an automotive retail environment.
• Demonstrated success in turnaround management or significant business scaling.
