Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the spare parts warehouse, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely delivery of components to the workshop. This role plays a critical part in minimizing vehicle downtime by streamlining inventory flow and maintaining accurate digital records.
Receive and inspect incoming spare parts shipments against invoices and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
Organize and maintain the parts warehouse using systematic binning to ensure easy retrieval and inventory safety.
Issue required parts and accessories to service technicians based on job cards while updating the Dealer Management System (DMS) in real-time.
Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies with the digital inventory records.
Identify fast-moving and slow-moving items to assist the Parts Manager in optimizing stock replenishment orders.
Handle local procurement of non-stock items from authorized vendors when urgent requirements arise to meet service deadlines.
Maintain clean and organized storage areas in compliance with OEM safety and 5S standards.
Prepare daily reports on parts issued, pending backorders, and stock-out situations.
Graduate in any stream (B.Com/B.A./B.Sc) or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer operations.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage heavy physical stock and inventory.
Fluency in the local language and functional English for documentation.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced workshop environment with a 6-day work week.
High level of integrity and attention to detail in record-keeping.
Prior internship or 6 months of experience in an automotive dealership or warehouse.
Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as SAP or Autoline.
Basic knowledge of automotive components and their specific functions.

The role is based on-site at an authorized dealership workshop, requiring constant coordination between the service floor and the warehouse. Standard 6-day work week applies.
Entry-level candidates can progress to Senior Parts Executive, Parts Manager, or transition into Service Advisory or Inventory Planning roles within the dealership network.
