This role involves driving vehicle sales by identifying potential customers and guiding them through the entire purchase journey within a fast-paced dealership environment. It focuses on achieving monthly volume targets while ensuring a premium customer experience from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or CRM software, Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and technology
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, Persuasive negotiation and closing abilities, Resilience and high energy levels, Strong time management and organizational skills
Education: Graduate in any stream or Diploma holder (Automobile/Marketing preferred). 12th Pass candidates with exceptional experience may be considered.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in a target-driven sales environment.
Certifications: Valid Indian Driving License (Mandatory), OEM Sales Certification (Optional/Added advantage)
This is an on-site role based at the dealership showroom, involving regular outdoor visits for customer meetings, test drives, and promotional events. Standard 6-day work weeks apply.
Successful candidates can progress to Senior Sales Consultant or Team Leader roles within 2-3 years, with further pathways into Sales Management or Corporate Sales based on performance.
