Join our dynamic workshop team to maintain and repair high-quality vehicles while ensuring top-tier performance and safety. You will play a critical role in diagnosing complex mechanical issues and executing precision repairs to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform periodic maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid level checks as per OEM guidelines.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic scanners and tools.
- Execute engine, suspension, braking system, and transmission repairs with high accuracy.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and workshop compliance protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts replaced within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair status and estimated delivery timelines to customers.
- Keep the assigned workstation clean, organized, and compliant with 5S methodology.
Requirements
- ITI or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in an authorized car dealership or multi-brand workshop.
- Proficiency in reading technical service manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems including engine management, HVAC, and electrical components.
- Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict service turnaround times.
Preferred
- Previous experience with premium car brands.
- Basic knowledge of Electric Vehicle (EV) architecture and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with digital service tablets and CRM tools.

Work Environment
