This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by identifying potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the end-to-end sales process within an authorized dealership. It involves building strong customer relationships and ensuring a seamless purchase experience from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
Generate high-quality leads through walk-ins, tele-calling, field visits, and digital inquiries.
Conduct professional product demonstrations and arrange test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance.
Guide customers through technical specifications, pricing structures, and available financing options.
Manage the complete documentation process for vehicle booking, insurance, and RTO registration.
Maintain and update customer interactions and sales pipelines accurately in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle handover.
Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, genuine accessories, and value-added services.
Follow up with existing customers for referrals and ensure high levels of post-sales satisfaction.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or consumer durable industry.
Valid permanent driving license for four-wheelers is mandatory.
Fluency in the local regional language and English for effective customer interaction.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills to handle price objections and competition comparisons.
Basic proficiency in computer operations and mobile sales applications.
Willingness to work on weekends and participate in outdoor marketing activities.
Prior experience working with an OEM-authorized dealership.
In-depth knowledge of retail finance, EMI calculations, and insurance products.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Dealer Management Systems like Autoline or SAP.
