Focuses on driving retail growth by managing the end-to-end customer journey from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery. This role is instrumental in building brand loyalty through personalized consultations and professional product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales leads through cold calling, field visits, and digital inquiries.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and organized test drives for prospective buyers.
- Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) with accurate lead and customer data.
- Guide customers through the financing and insurance process, coordinating with the F&I department.
- Manage the complete documentation process for vehicle booking, invoicing, and registration.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers to improve lead-to-booking conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with the workshop and pre-delivery inspection (PDI) team to ensure smooth vehicle handovers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly retail targets as defined by the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sales.
- Strong communication skills in the local language and functional English.
- Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site and travel locally for field visits or home test drives.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and smartphone-based CRM applications.
Preferred
- Previous experience with an authorized OEM dealership.
- Knowledge of local RTO processes and automotive insurance norms.
- Certification in professional sales or customer relationship management.

Qualifications
Education: Any Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant experience

Work Environment
Fast-paced showroom environment requiring 6 days a week on-site presence including weekends.
