This role involves driving vehicle sales by providing exceptional customer service and technical product demonstrations. The focus is on guiding potential buyers through the entire purchasing journey, from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a premium showroom experience.
Greet walk-in customers and handle digital or telephonic inquiries promptly to build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct detailed product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, USPs, and technical specifications effectively.
Schedule and perform test drives while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and lead statuses in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Assist customers with financing options, insurance, and accessory selection to enhance the overall sales value.
Follow up regularly with prospective leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and final deliveries.
Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery as per the promised schedule.
Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles are maintained to brand standards at all times.
Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting customer test drives.
High energy levels with a customer-centric approach to retail sales.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile-based CRM applications.
Professional grooming and adherence to the company dress code.
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role.
Familiarity with current automotive trends and competitor brands in the Indian market.
Basic understanding of vehicle financing and insurance processes.

Education: Graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA) or 12th Pass with relevant experience.

Certifications: OEM Product Certification (provided upon hiring)
Professional showroom environment requiring on-site presence 6 days a week, typically following 10 AM - 7 PM shift timings.
Successful candidates can progress to Senior Sales Consultant, Team Leader, or Sales Manager roles within the dealership network based on performance and target achievement.
