This role involves spearheading the dealership's sales targets by leading a high-performing team of sales consultants. It focuses on optimizing the customer journey from initial inquiry to final delivery while ensuring strict adherence to OEM standards and dealership profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Consultants to achieve monthly retail and enquiry targets.
- Monitor and manage the lead lifecycle within the Dealer Management System (DMS) to ensure zero lead leakage.
- Oversee showroom floor operations, ensuring premium customer hospitality and effective walk-in conversions.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and accounts team for timely vehicle allocation and invoicing.
- Conduct daily morning huddles to review pipelines, test drive schedules, and pending bookings.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to suggest local marketing and BTL initiatives.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OEM sales processes, including test drive protocols and documentation.
- Handle escalated customer grievances to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Requirements
- Proven track record in automotive sales or high-value retail environments.
- In-depth understanding of the Indian automotive market and local consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in using CRM/DMS software for lead tracking and reporting.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Strong command over the local language and English.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
Preferred
- Experience with a major OEM brand dealership network.
- Knowledge of motor insurance (IRDA) and auto-finance processes.
- Immediate joiners or those with a notice period of less than 30 days.

Qualifications
Education
