Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-in traffic and proactively generate high-quality sales leads through digital and field outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive customer needs assessments to recommend appropriate vehicle models, variants, and accessories.
- Perform professional vehicle demonstrations and facilitate test drives while explaining technical features and safety standards.
- Execute a disciplined follow-up process with prospective leads to maximize inquiry-to-booking conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal Finance and Insurance teams to provide customers with integrated purchase solutions and documentation support.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, lead statuses, and sales activities within the dealership CRM system.
- Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles adhere to OEM brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Participate in outdoor promotional events, roadshows, and corporate displays to expand market reach and brand visibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a target-oriented retail or field sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Professional grooming and a corporate-ready demeanor suitable for a high-end showroom.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to handle diverse customer profiles.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital data entry systems.
- High level of integrity and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Preferred
- Possession of a valid four-wheeler driving license.
- Previous experience working within an authorized Maruti Suzuki or similar OEM dealership.
- Familiarity with automotive financing processes and insurance documentation.
- Residency within or near Bhilai for easier commute and local market knowledge.
