This role involves driving vehicle sales by engaging with prospective buyers and managing the end-to-end customer journey within a dealership environment. It focuses on identifying customer needs and providing expert product demonstrations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Conducting detailed product walk-arounds and explaining vehicle features, benefits, and technical specifications to walk-in customers.
Generating fresh leads through cold calling, local area marketing (LAM) activities, and digital inquiry follow-ups.
Scheduling and facilitating test drives for prospective buyers while ensuring all safety and documentation protocols are met.
Assisting customers with the sales process, including price negotiation, financing options, and insurance documentation.
Ensuring vehicle deliveries are handled professionally and on schedule to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Coordinating with the workshop and stockyard teams to ensure vehicle readiness for delivery.
Participating in outdoor promotional events and canopy activities to increase brand visibility in the local territory.
Must possess a valid permanent two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
Fluency in the local language and a working knowledge of English.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Basic computer proficiency for data entry and CRM usage.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Availability to work 6 days a week, including weekends.
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
Basic understanding of automotive finance and insurance products.
Knowledge of the local automotive market and competitor offerings.
