Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and handle inquiries via phone or digital leads to initiate the sales process.
- Conduct detailed product walkthroughs and feature demonstrations, highlighting USPs relative to competitors.
- Organize and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring all safety protocols and OEM guidelines are followed.
- Assist customers with vehicle booking, documentation, and coordination with the F&I department for loans and insurance.
- Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with hot and warm leads using the dealership's DMS/CRM platform.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicle units, accessories, and value-added services.
- Coordinate the final vehicle delivery process, ensuring a memorable 'key handover' ceremony for the customer.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, corporate displays, and local mall activations to generate new leads.
Requirements
- Valid permanent driving license (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in the local regional language and functional English.
- Willingness to work in a high-pressure, target-oriented retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphone applications and computer systems.
- Presentable appearance and professional grooming standards as per OEM norms.

Education
