This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for potential car buyers, guiding them through the entire purchase journey from initial inquiry to final delivery. · Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
· Understand and assess customer needs to recommend suitable vehicles
· Conducting walk-arounds with guests and demonstrating vehicle features.
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of the features, specifications, and benefits of all vehicles in the new car inventory.
· Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
· Guide customers through the entire sales process, from vehicle selection to financing options.
· Prepare and present vehicle options and pricing to customers, utilizing effective negotiation skills.
· Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or text to nurture leads and drive sales.
· Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
· Collaborate with the service department to ensure customers are informed about after-sales service offerings.
· Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
· Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the buying process and follow up after delivery.
· Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Graduate degree in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, B.B.A) from a recognized university.
Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
Proficiency in the local language and English for effective communication with diverse walk-in customers.
Basic knowledge of computer operations
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on monthly performance metrics.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional standard of grooming and etiquette.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or direct sales environments.
Deep interest in automotive technology, engine specifications, and current industry trends.
Residence within a 10-15 km radius of the dealership for easier commuting.
