This role involves driving vehicle sales by engaging with potential customers and providing a seamless buying experience. It focuses on managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to final delivery while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Handle walk-in customers and digital inquiries to build a robust sales pipeline through proactive engagement.
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and organize test drives to highlight product features, safety standards, and performance.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective buyers via phone, email, and personal visits to convert leads into bookings.
Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to assist customers with loan documentation and insurance options.
Ensure a premium vehicle delivery experience by completing all necessary RTO and dealership paperwork accurately.
Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, genuine accessories, and value-added services as per dealership goals.
Update and maintain customer interactions and lead status daily in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Participate in outdoor promotional activities, roadshows, and corporate displays to generate new leads.
Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and basic proficiency in English.
A valid permanent two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and high energy levels.
Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment with a focus on field activities.
Basic computer literacy for data entry and lead management tasks.
Professional appearance and grooming standards as per automotive industry norms.
Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or direct marketing.
Basic understanding of automotive technology and current market trends.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations during peak showroom hours.

Standard dealership showroom with on-field travel for customer visits; involves a 6-day work week including weekends.
High-performing executives can progress to Senior Sales Consultant roles within 2 years and move into Team Leader or Assistant Sales Manager positions within the dealership network.
