Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive lead generation through cold calling, digital inquiries, and showroom walk-ins to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technical specifications to prospective buyers in a clear and engaging manner.
- Schedule and conduct professional test drives while ensuring all safety protocols and necessary documentation are completed.
- Manage the entire documentation process including finance applications, insurance forms, and RTO-related paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and real-time records of all customer interactions and lead statuses in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure the vehicle is prepared according to OEM standards for scheduled deliveries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets for vehicle sales, accessories, and value-added services (VAS).
- Perform post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals for future business.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the automotive, insurance, or consumer durables sector.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
- Fluency in the local language and a working knowledge of English for professional communication.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer segments.
- Willingness to work a standard 6-day week including weekends.
Preferred
- Previous experience working with an authorized OEM dealership.
- Familiarity with automotive CRM software or SAP-based Dealer Management Systems.
- Understanding of retail finance schemes and motor insurance products.

Work Environment
Professional showroom environment with on-field requirements for home demonstrations and corporate displays. Standard operational hours are 10 AM to 7 PM, 6 days a week.
