This role focuses on expanding market reach through proactive lead generation and direct customer engagement within assigned territories. It involves identifying potential buyers, conducting product demonstrations, and driving dealership footfall to meet monthly sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits and door-to-door prospecting to generate high-quality sales leads.
- Engage with potential customers at local hubs, corporate offices, and community events to promote vehicle models.
- Deliver detailed product presentations and explain various financing and insurance schemes available.
- Organize and facilitate doorstep test drives to provide a hands-on experience of the vehicle to prospects.
- Maintain a systematic record of all field activities and lead status in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure a seamless transition for customers from field inquiry to final booking.
- Monitor competitor activities in the assigned area and provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Follow up consistently with prospective buyers to address queries and close sales deals.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and functional English.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for daily travel.
- High level of physical stamina and willingness to work extensively in the field.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting and lead management apps.
- Self-motivated individual with a result-oriented mindset.
Preferred
- Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, or retail sectors.
- Basic knowledge of the local automotive market and customer preferences.
